Losing weight is hard to do

I’ve cut back on food and have not had a cup of coffee (makes you want to eat) in over two months. I thought I had lost a few pounds, but I’m not for sure. It just gets harder as you get older.

I still have not lost anything. My problem is exercising, the lack of it!



Hard to lose weight

It’s getting harder to lose weight, as I grow older. Doesn’t matter if I eat less or not, still don’t lose. I need a way to eat that will help me lose (the correct foods for my system) weight, and also force myself to exercise! That is so hard!

Losing weight seems to be a losing battle. Do without food, still doesn’t help you lose. I don’t eat that much, but still can’t drop a pound! Guess I need to get heavy into exercise!

THIS gets harder as you get older, believe me! Everyone says ‘you don’t need to lose weight, but they aren’t in my body. :)

Thought about going back on the SlimFast diet, but found out it has sucralose in it (the additive in Splenda). I did research on sucralose, and found it is NOT the same as sugar, but a chemical process that it goes through makes it very unhealthy. So, guess that’s out.



Treadmill

We need a new treadmill. We did look at a few on Saturday, but haven’t decided to buy one just yet. I certainly do need to get back to walking, not only for losing weight, but to help my legs.



Hard!

Even trying to stick to a planned diet is hard. But, when you have grandchildren around, forget about losing weight! You have to cook for them, so you eat. :)



Bread!

How can you lose weight, when you love bread so much??



Motivation

Need to become more motivated in losing weight, to start exercising daily.
