I spent the last hour figuring out exactly what I would have to do to lose a pound a day. This is assuming that I am on a 1200 calorie diet.
Walk 3.5 mph for 3 hours= 900 calories
Jump Rope 2 hours= 1500 calories
Weights- general 2 hours= 900 calories
Gymnastics 2 hours= 600 calories
Housecleaning 2 hours= 526 calories
Office work 2hours= 226 calories
Sex 30 minutes= 49 calories.
I know this seems kind of extreme but desperate times call for desperate measures.
