I really want to lose 10 pounds. Right now I weigh 128 LBS. I’ve been at this weight for years. Its never really bothered me before. I’m usually pretty comfortable with my body. Lately, though, those few extra pounds have really started to bother me. My husband has been losing weight lately. He was never fat, but he didnt really have any kind of definition. I can see a real difference now. I can see his muscles better, his stomach is flatter, too. I really want to look good for him.
Another reason is that I just turned 25 yesterday. For me that is a big deal. I think that I need to start losing weight now before I get any older.
