i’ve been doing interval sets for my cardio and have started rotating exercises instead of resting between sets. when i first tried it last week, almost passed out, but now it’s more doable, although i still feel exhausted afterward.

for about a month was going to gym daily. with the last two weeks doing an hour of cardio (outside of riding bike at least 30 minutes a day) and doing two hours of yoga in the morning. then one day it all crashed down. i felt completely exhausted. it came really suddenly. i think might have been a mix of factors… one big one being lack of sleep and the other being some kind of bug. so last two weeks haven’t gone and all that trimming and the second pack that developed are now hidden again. my waste size is still smaller than before.. but definitely need to get back to action.
