if my scale is right

and i hope it is, than i have lost 8 pounds since i started this. I want to lose 12 more but my goal will be toward 4 pound increments. So 182 today, hope 178 by September 10th.

august 12th:
2 servings tilapia with veggies
1 turkey sandwich
3 pepsis (bad)
1 serving oysters
2 mile walk

august 11th:
1 cup mixed nuts
1 serving tilapia with veggies
1 pepsi

august 10th:
bbq hamburgers (2)
2 pepsi’s
2 bowls of noodles with sauce

august 9th:
2 bowls of noodles
3 cups of milk
2 pepsi’s
1 bowl of red grapes

I’d have eaten more normally, however the fridge is running low and i haven’t gone grocery shopping lately

august 8th:
1 pepsi
1 bowl of cereal
3 cups of milk
1 piece of KFC

august 7th:
KFC chicken and biscuit
2 turnovers
1 bowl of grapes
2 pepsis

august 6th:
3 cups of milk
2 turnovers
tilapia with veggies
2 pepsis

august 5th:
ate out chinese food meal
3 pepsis
tilapia with veggies

august 4th:
golden coral pigout buffet
2 or 3 pepsis
cold stone ice cream medium with a candy bar – AND IT WAS GOOD!

august 3rd:
tilapia with veggies
1 cup of nuts
2 pepsis
2 bowls of noodles
1 3/4 mile walk

august 2nd:
2 cups of milk
1 pepsi
1 cup nuts
1 bowl of noodles lite sauce
1 chicken sandwich
2 mile walk



july 30th

3 candy bars(small ones)
1 pepsi
1 chicken sandwich
2 bowls noods with sauce(light on sauce)
4 cups milk
2 3/4 mile walk(finally SOME exercise)



july 29th

1 mile walk

1 pepsi
tilapia with veggies
4 cups milk
3 chicken sandwiches(eaten separately)
1 cup nuts
1 lite yogurt
gotta watch the boredom eating(could have skipped one of the 3 sandwiches)



july 28th

tilapia with veggies(leftover)
2 pepsi
3 cups of milk
1 cup of nuts
1 chicken sandwich(i thought i bought turkey, turns out its chicken)
sweated a lot while working on my car!
Why am I too lazy to walk around the block for a mile or 2 a day?



july 26th and july 27th

july 26th:
1 lite yogurt
2 eggs with 2 slices toast
1 serving tilapia with veggies
1 pepsi
2 bowls honey bunch of oats cereal
2 cups milk

july 27th:
1 turkey sandwich
2 cups of milk
1 can oysters
1 cup of nuts
1 serving tilapia with veggies
2 pepsis (shoulda went with 1)



july 25th

2 pieces of leftover pizza(the last of it)
2 cups of milk
2 pepsi(splurged on this)
2 eggs with bread
1 oyster package with 2 slices of bread



july 22nd 2007

walked 1 and 1/3 of a mile.
2 eggs with bread
2 cups of milk
2 plates (served 5 hours apart) of shrimp with green and red peppers, green and yellow squash.

I need MORE exercise! or longer walks. i usually walk a mile then take a break. walk another mile several hours later. I’d like to add a third mile but then night comes and all i want to do is kick back and relax. And if you’ve read my entries, i don’t even to the walks dialy. yet. i feel like i’ve done well on cutting back on the food but i do need to pick up the pace and exercise more.



friday july 20th

2 eggs with bread
4 cups of milk
1 apple juice lite
1 pepsi
4 pop tarts
i’ve been eating the junk food out of my cabinets. Not much in there so i’ve been slowly eating a little bit of it a day just to get rid of it (pop tarts). I have a couple fruit juices that i need to get rid of. I know i should just pour them out, but what a waste. I’ll have a glass a day just til they are gone.(maybe less).



wednesday july 18th

2 eggs with bread
4 cups of milk
1 ham sandwich
1 apple juice lite
2 tilapia filets with veggies
1 serving pop tarts
1 coke
i should have skipped either the coke or the pop tarts
not much exercise – rained all day
