I’ve recently become a vegetarian, and I’m happy to say that I eat quite healthy food. This is not saying that I’m perfect (who is?) but the majority of my food are vegetables, salads, nuts/peas, fruit, and whole grains. I’m even getting my dairy products in there! (Albeit, not that much cheese…mostly milk!) Every so often, I’ll have a mini chocolate bar, or a handful of chips or french fries, but I NEVER buy any of it, and only take it when it’s offered to me (and always small portions).
So, I think we can call this one done. For now. If for some reason I backtrack, I’ll re-add it, but I honestly can’t see it. I love the feeling of being healthy! It’s beautiful!
