i’ve limited myself to going out to eat to 2x a week. i’ve been keeping my fridge stocked with fresh veggies and healthy snacks. i think keeping a food diary and making a meal plan is extremely helpful. now if i could get myself to go to the gym more often..

My goal is to lose 50 lbs. I’ve joined a gym and I have been going 5 times a week for about an hour a day. I am trying to eat healthier (less drive-thru, more cooking at home) and drink more water (less soda).
