This was probably the easiest goal I set.
Learning the alphabet was the hard part. Once I got that down pat, reading comprehension was simple as I’m fluent in Hindi
I’m not interested in being able to write Urdu, the goal was just to be able to read fluently. Now to hit some literature :)
