I’ve started attending aqua jogging classes on Tuesday mornings.

the 8 lessons I’ve signed up for and we are now having a break till January or February.
Should I continue with Pilates next year? Let’s hope that I’ll feel motivated enough in the middle of winter to go for it…
I went for my second class, 6 to go!
However I do not know if exercise really helps in my case coz it just makes me hungrier and I would eat more to replace the burned calories…
Signed up for 8 weekly sessions of Pilates yesterday. The first session went well, we were 8 fat ladies looking for some exercise. I was expecting muscle cramps today but had none, which probably meant that I hadn’t tried the positions hard enough.
I hope to be able to turn up every week, but with hubby travelling as much as he does, it’ll probably be difficult. But this is a start.
I skipped like 50 times today and nearly tripped and broke my face on the floor a few times.
My son was laughing his head off watching me at it, said my tummy was wobbling too much…
Why is there no painless way to lose weight and tone up the body?
Not good in anything. And too lazy.
I am thinking of skipping. Just bought a skipping rope on Saturday…
