We have a lovely flat in an old Pierre de Taille (stone) building in Paris, near the Arc de Triomphe. But I am disappointed that we haven’t any kitchen or bathrooms to re-do, I do so wish to have a kitchen the way I’ve always wanted it. Hopefully when we’ve saved up enough we’ll be able to buy or build another house this time with at least a kitchen to be done up.
