I’m doing good at this. I started four weeks ago, and I’ve tried vegetable lasagna, southern oven fried chicken, honey mustard pork chops, oven-roasted corn on the cob, and four cheese macaroni. I’ll be trying a homemade lasagna recipe tonight, and next week will be spaghetti with pesto and tomatoes.

I made a veggie lasagna this week. It was healthy, and it tasted okay, but it wasn’t anything incredible.
Made the Four-Cheese Macaroni last night. The white ground pepper made it too spicy, so I added extra cheese, but then it was too thick and cheesy. It had definite potential though, so I’ll be making it again, without the pepper.
