I have a y necklace that I wear for fun, but I came to a realization today.

Why not adopt a policy of Y not?

When faced with the option to do something I might stray away from, Y NOT? If I can think of one good reason – i.e. health or life is at risk or it’s just plain idiotic, then I won’t do it. But if I can’t, I’m all for it.

I need to learn to step out of my comfort zone. There are a plethora of things that I WANT to do, but don’t because I’m afraid. I need to not be afraid of live dangerously. lol Or at least not fear risk.
