I think for me the secret is to create one routine (which I guess is really a habit) at a time until I build a routine.

I’m feeling disorganised and as though everything is off balance or just not quite going as smoothly as I want it to. The first thing I need to do is get into a better sleeping pattern, being tired doesn’t help. I write lists but I sometimes have trouble deciding what should be done first as there are so many things that need to be done now. At least I have realised what has to be done so I am off to start creating but I think I should have added ‘and stick to it’ but I guess that really goes without saying.
