to try a shorter juice fast first, and a few weeks later try a 3-day master cleanse, and some time after that do a longer 10-day master cleanse. (Kind of like training for a marathon .. a little more each time.) If fasting and I agree with each other, then I can do a 21-day MC once or twice a year.
This is just what my intuition tells me.
Does anyone have any responses to this, like, “Oh, a 3-day isn’t going to do the job, start with a ten-day if you want any effects” or “That’s exactly what you’re supposed to do” or “Didn’t you know the master cleanse is new-age BS and it can actually do a lot of harm?” or “Before you start a cleanse, see your doctor”?
Actually, when the time comes, I will be setting up an appointment with my doctor to talk about fasting/cleanses.
