Been to the gym today and i’m still getting there the first half stone was easy to loose but now i’m having to work really hard thats proably because it’s burning FAT lol.No its no that funny!!!
I’m doin the gym awell as classes to hopefully it should start to work,i’m gonna cut out eating bread too i do eat bread with the seeds in but i think i should do without it.

I’m still on with this goal, I have been working hard in the gym but what i’ve found is that my weight is still the same but i have lost an inch and a half off my thigh and an inch off my waist so it’s working but my body might be at it’s natural weight but i’m still trying for this.
Well i’ve lost half a stone from just going to the gym 3 times a week and eating a bit better but i can still have my bad days.
Although this is all i’ve lost my clothes fit so much better and i do feel sexy.
The other stone and a half can’t be that hard to get rid of now lol
I’m just gonna kick ass in the gym.
