I’ve been working on this. Working with an ergonimics contractor at work has helped, and so does yoga! I feel so tall and strong after doing yoga, and my posture is noticeably better. Not to mention it makes me look better. :)
This one has been nagging me practically my whole life. I usually remember to sit up straight when I’m in front of a mirror or when I see someone else with really good (or really poor) posture. Self: this will make you look taller and slimmer!
