Wifi

I was reading a chat board (whatever they are called!) about ringing in the ears. Two people mentioned that being around wifi was what they think caused their ringing.
We have it at work & at home. So, if that is a contributing factor I’m screwed! I talked to M. last night and he of course, doesn’t think it could possibly have anything to do with it. Computers, technology, cell phones, all safe in his book-lol!
Anyway, he agreed to turn the wifi off every night from 11pm-5 am.
So, at least we are getting some sleep with out ours on…

I think this is a good thing, even if it doesn’t help the ringing.

I haven't had any caffeine

No coffee, tea or chocolate for a month. I haven’t been taking the NAC regularly or the Chinese herbs. I still have ringing in my ears but it might be a little lighter.

I take NAC

all the time but it’s not going away. Probably because I drink lots of green tea and some mate every day.

Taking the supplement

Choline & inositol. It has helped others with the ringing.
It’s less bothersome that’s for sure, it’s more of a thing in the background now. I’ll keep taking it and see if I can get it to really go away.

I know I should cut out caffeine and add NAC but I haven’t done that yet.

ENT

Sending me to the ENT for a hearing test. I’m going to take lots of my choline/inositol caps to see if I can make the ringing go away before the appointment. Maybe I can improve my situation if I try a little.

Ringing.

In my ears. It’s been going on for a while. I know that there is a supplement combo that has helped at least 5 friends (choline/inositol from Solgar). Yet, I haven’t taken it.
I need to buy it. Try it. I can’t hear as well either lately.
What? What’s that you say?... yah. This isn’t fun.
I want to list the ‘issues’ I’m having with my heath and start fixing them one by one instead of just sitting back and watching things stop working as well.

heels hurt (got new shoes and ball to roll my feet on)
ears (ringing and hearing not as good lately)
knees (joints need help. Taking FLX MLT-helping but I don’t always take it and I should. It works so well!)
eyes…They work well. I don’t need glasses…but I want to keep my vision forever!!!:)
shoulder thing-using patch, we shall see.
Waah!
