and I noticed some benefits. I think it helped me trim down a bit. IT also made my skin glow & made me look better in general.
I liked the sauna so much I bought my own portable version (through Clearlight sauna).
I am working on improving a few things with my health which will take more time.
I have been taking a sauna at home M-Fri for 30-50 minutes and it’s been wonderful! I am so glad I found this resource.

for the last one. It was for 45 minutes. I stood up and changed positions every few minutes to make sure every part of me got the benefits. I got extremely hot and sweat so much. The next two nights I slept for 10 hours or so each night. I think the sauna wiped out my energy. I also felt pretty tired.
My skin feels amazingly soft though, everywhere. This is an incredible benefit. I will wait a few days to make my next appointment. I think it’s pretty intense and I need to pace myself.

It’s very warm & cozy in the sauna. The temp. is around 140-140.
The first time I went in for 25, today I went in for 45.
You sweat a lot!! :) Lets just say, it’s really easy to exfoliate afterwards. I think I need to get a loofah!
After the sauna and most of the day I felt intensely peaceful, calm and almost as if a meditation had been ‘forced’ on me.
I did not expect this.
I have 8 more to go.
I wish I had my own…they are not that expensive…I just need to convince M :)
