I have 6 plants

and I took the clutter out of that area. The rest of the desk has bottles and things on it but it’s an improvement! A big one actually.

MESS IS MORE
this makes me smile:)

Two plants in today!!

They look WAY BETTER THAN CLUTTER!! :)
I want to buy more today.

White pot

I bought another white pot for my new indoor garden.
I plan to have some beautiful “activity” on my desk and in the kitchen. It will replace clutter but yet still give me the feeling of clutter, like positive clutter. Anyway, I think I like a lot of stuff on my desk, now most of that stuff will just be plants!

I have a lot to do to get ready but I still want to buy some plants tomorrow to fill these pots.

I had peppermint in the kitchen.

I used it regularly and then it started to die. I put it out on the deck and it started doing better right away.
I will see if I can do herbs inside, if not, I will just get indoor plants that can help clean the air, like Pothos.

Functional plants!

I know, I’ll start with functional plants. I will grow celery first, which I know you can start from just planting the base. Then I will grow wheat grass, which is easy and can go in smoothies.
I wonder which herbs can be grown indoors…? Do they need to be outside? I have always grown herbs outside. Maybe I can have a little herbal kitchen garden.

Grow celery indoors

My desk & the kitchen

I would like to completely remove clutter on my desk (the left side near the window) and put a plant in.
This is incentive for me to declutter. I think a pretty plant would add so much more than this stack of videos, papers and supplements.

In the kitchen, I would like to remove all of the bottles (except for a tray with a few) and put a few pots with plants in. My sweetie doesn’t want plants really but I think he would rather see a plant than some clutter! Lets see what I can do!
