I just took the test...
I just finished the test for this, and found out that while my chronological age is 28.2, my real age is 30.3 (+2.1 yrs.) I am really happy about this, considering that I quit smoking just recently, but it definitely pointed out my trouble areas. It says to choose 1-3 action steps to follow for the next 90 days, and then to retake the test. So, the action steps I will follow will be (I picked more than 3…):
- Begin taking vitamins daily. I’m definitely going to take a multivitamin, but I might also take vitamin C and E, calcium, and folic acid supplements.
- Increase my vegetable intake. I really don’t eat enough vegetables-far from it-and I think this will help a lot.
- Floss every day. I need to do this way more than I do.
- Continue to not smoke. Woo! It’s been about 4 and 1/2 months. I feel so much better now.
- Do not talk on the phone while driving. I am so guilty of this, and it has gotten worse since I got this new job. I need to remember that, if it is that important to take a phone call at that second, then I need to pull over.
