i was supposed to go for carnival this year but i’m invested in traveling to haiti and can’t afford to take the time and money to go.
anyway, the girls i was supposed to roll with weren’t putting the money down until, like, this month, and i had wanted to pay for it back in july. by now i’m sure it’s crazy expensive.
i’m gonna stick with haiti for the time being.
i think if i wind up not getting asked to extend or take a full-time postion with my current contract job i’m gonna try to go to trinidad for a month in august. or maybe belize.
