im eating breakfast again. so that is a good start. and i am doing this plan the best that i can :) good luck to me

have sucked at this goal this week. with easter and all. i pretty much just ate carbs and candy all day long… so crap. but ill keep thinking of it.
eat breakfast like a king
lunch like a prince
and dinner like a popper
eat a HUGE breakfast and lett your meals get small during the day. this helps control your calorie intake and helps you prepare better for bed, that way you dont sleep on your food :) awesome!!!!
