i pretty much did 2 weeks and stopped. i got a job and it threw off my schedual. idk. we’ll see how this one works out

my “guidelines”
i am working out at LESAT 30 min of cardio 6 days a week.
i strech at least 10 min a day at least 6 days a week.
i weighed 155 (lbs) when i started. i will post measurements later :)
