fri – biked around madison w/ bro for 1+ hour

tuesday – walk/ran 40 mins & stretched/abs 10 mins not a bad start, beginning w/ integrating running slowly b/c haven’t done it in some time
weds – uh, nill, i walked around the mall?
thurs – going dancing at club5, will see how much exercize i get in ratio with the number of shots i take
friday – dancing at the cardinal, i decided the post-dancing soreness was indicative of a great workout.
saturday – walked for a long hour and napped by the sea-side, lovely.
