so i’ll be the first to admit: mine did not look like this picture. i didn’t use any parsley, and i cut the amount of butter down by quite a bit because i do not need any help putting on more weight. but even then, i was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! buying pre-cooked shrimp made this almost shamefully easy.
i’ll likely add more garlic next time, but it was good enough that i’d make it for someone else. and so 1 meal down, 30 to go.

i’ve decided to write a brief goal rationale for each goal that isn’t completely obvious. so!
maybe a decade ago, i was a vegetarian for two years. since then, i’ve been an occasional meat eater but i rarely eat well. i’d like to limit myself largely to a pescetarian diet, quite heavy on the vegetables, and i’d like to do so in a way that not only has me eating a wide range of food but also has me eating fairly healthily.
why 31 days? there are 31 days in the longest month. with 31 different meals, i could theoretically make something different for dinner every day.
