Well, I THINK I am losing fat and gaining muscle, but I’m not quite sure yet.
Scale still sits at 130 lbs / 60 kg, and I’m doing 60 minutes of cardio at least 4 times a week and doing ab, back and upper body exercises, in hopes of gaining a lot more muscle mass there.
My next measure-in and also time for picturetaking is on May 4th.
Around that time, I’ll also be waking up at 5 AM instead of 6, in hopes of exercising an hour before school, ride my bike to and back from school, and also at least 30 minutes more of cardio when I get home, depending on how tired I am (although I think my body is starting to get used to my new schedule and activeness).

We’ll just have to wait and see, I certainly feel a little thinner :)



What am I doing wrong? 4 years ago

This one isn’t going so good.
I’ve been feeling proud of myself, because I am doing 40-45 minutes of cardio every day, as well as school being very physically challenging (I use my arms and back a lot), but I often feel like I’m way fatter than I was when I started my exercise regime.
What’s up with that!?



I can't stand myself. 4 years ago

I can’t go around feeling like I’m ugly and fat if I’m not going to do anything about it. That would just make me a whiner.

At least I’m doing something about it now. I want to lose a significant amount of body fat and gain a moderate amount of muscle mass.
I want to stop dressing like a hobo and actually care about my looks.
