Learn Portuguese

I’m about to start this. The evening course begins tomorrow night, the 16th of Jan. It’s a 12 week, two hour course from 7pm till 9pm each Tuesday. I’m nervous that I’m not going to be too good at this, and let myself down; but I know I’ll get great support & practice from Angie.

My goal is when i get to Brazil, to be able to understand what’s being said as well as be understood.

I’ve let this slip for a bit. I bought the audio CDs to learn, but listening to audio on my own hasn’t motivated me.

There’s an evening course starting next month. I’m going to join that course and get started on this one. Seeing as it’s starting in January, I could even call it a new years resolution.
