mx5 and a mr2 targa. (The mr2 doesn’t really count). The mx5 was rad. Awesome car to go autocrossing in (no ABS, no power steering, rear wheel drive). The mr2 was nice and faaast with a good interior. I want to get another vert but not sure what to get – maybe a e36 bmw (gotta be manual).
When it comes down to it – I liked spinning the wheels and racing the mx5 – but the thing I really miss is driving along at night in winter with the roof down, beanie on and listening to some good music. You don’t need a car to define who you are – but driving a drop top whip is awesome way to clear your mind.
