get married

It has been years since I set this goal… and funnily enough I had another man in mind at the time. He revealed himself as a jerk (or perhaps he was a jerk all long, I just took awhile figuring it out!) and eventually I moved on. I suspect he moved on before me, but you live and learn…

Then I opened my eyes and saw someone who’d been there for years, someone quite fanciable, who I’d not noticed romantically before. He waited until I was ready, dried my tears and showed me that there was indeed love in the world.

We’re getting married next month!

The new boyfriend (well, not so new anymore, but still fun) had been dragging me into every jewelery shop between here and timbuktu… for his amusement… and to get an idea of my tastes…

But he has reassured me that we both need to finish uni before that happens! It’s been nice dreaming though… and big chucks of diamond surrounded by precious metals look soooo good on me!!!

I’d like to get married. To someone. Hopefully to my boyfriend if he stays the way he’s been over the last two days. If he turns back into a butt-face, the answer will be NO! But I’ve got my fingers crossed, we’re so happy when we’re happy :)
