it’s a long, long road ahead of me but I’m making progress. I’ve lost 37 pounds (with another 40 or so in the very near future) and am working at gaining upper body strength to do those freakin’ push-ups.
Hoping to join the army in early 2010.

I’ll be (hopefully) joining the army this fall… I need to lose 100 pounds (though, I’m aiming for 50 this fall)...

This is coming up again as one of my top goals I want to work on. Physically when I first put this down as a goal, I wasn’t in a good way. Now? Still am not in a good way but I’ve made some good progress since one year ago. God has been treating me well with my arm & with this new pain medication I take, I finally can start to do some things that I couldn’t do before. It sucks to be reliant on medication but my quality of life has increased too….

This hasn’t gone as well as I had hoped. Life has been hectic to say the least… but – I’m out of town for five weeks coming up and my brother promised he’d come out and train with me! Sweet! Gotta love brothers :D
