Strengthening My Leg Muscles 1 month ago

I’m walking forty minutes per day and doing some exercises to build up my leg muscles which will give my knees necessary support and protection from injury. Hopefully, when I begin skiing next month, this training will also help me not be too stiff and sore afterward.
