I have the okay from my doctor to do my ball and band exercise again and do my walking, just no running/jogging.

I’m taking it easy since my hip and back pain have returned, but I did walk the dogs in the park today. Not jogging or doing my ball and band until after I see the physical therapist on the tenth.



Don't know why or how 2 years ago

it got so bad again, but I had an injury to my hip and lower back a few years ago that only bothers me occasionally. But yesterday morning I was in so much pain from this old injury I could barely walk, sit, breath, etc. and today is same. I got a referral from my doctor yesterday to go see a physical therapist again. I am not capable of any exercise right now because it hurts to move, but I’m going to call the physical therapist today.

Today I did not exercise, I didn’t have time. But yesterday I did my ball and band exercise, PLUS I took the dogs on a walk to the park and jogged the trail with them.

I took the dogs for a long walk today. I even jogged on the trail in the park with them.

I did my ball and band. It is getting smoother so I know my form is getting better.

I exercised today. did my ball and band. It is getting easier, but I’m not ready to go up to the next level yet.



I didn't exercise today 2 years ago

But I did every day before. I am now on the antibiotics and I just slept a lot trying to get over this sinus infection. I’ll be back to it tomorrow and I’m looking forward to it. With the sinus infection I can’t breath very well so when I start breathing heavy during a work out it is really hard to breath, plus my throat is so sore and it hurts to breath heavy with my mouth open. Tomorrow morning I’m looking forward to my ball and band again.

I forced myself, but did my Ball and band exercise today. Since I’ve been sick I am tricking myself into exercising by telling myself I will just do the warm up and quit if I feel like it afterward. I would quit after the warm up if I felt like it but after the warm up I feel like continuing, luckily.
