stop saying the F word so f***ing much

I swear. A lot. A WHOLE lot. And I think it would be useful if I could be a little more discriminating on WHEN I do it. So this is more about exercising control, rather than abolishing my most beloved noun/verb/adverb/interjection from my vocabulary.
