One of a few goals I’m tracking daily on Joe’s Goals. Really handy to make note of whether you’ve done something you’re supposed to do daily (or every other day or once a week, etc).
Been OK at it so far, journaled a least once every 3 days. I find I don’t have much to write really. I don’t like journals where you have a “topic” to write on, I like them for keeping track of daily events and thoughts. Hopefully I’ll improve more though!
