-I keep eating when it is “time” to eat.
-I don’t think I fully understand hunger anymore. Very rarely am I actually physically hungry.
-I do “preventative” eating (ie. eat something before an event) which almost never works. I just end up eating another meal there.

I just wish that food didn’t have such a spell over me.

Does anyone else have the problem where they don’t get physically hungry? Like you get tired, moody or have a problem concentrating instead? This happens to me so it’s really hard to keep on target with this goal. Any suggestions?
