Added material to my genealogy web pages. The families included are Howe, Barrett, and Hilt. I have a ton of material to wade through, this could certainly be a full time job if I let it. I wish I had more time to devote to this.

Truly if you choose to research all branches of the family tree as I have done, there is no way you could ever completely “finish” researching your family’s genealogy. A couple of weeks ago I wrote to my Dad’s cousin and she sent a lovely letter back with some memories of family members as well as several photographs, including photos of my great-grandfather and great-uncle whom I’d never seen any photos of. I need to send her a nice thank you note and Christmas card.
My husband’s family genealogy is also interesting to me, my mother-in-law has given us a lot of information to go on and my husband now wants to write to some of his father’s cousins in Oklahoma.
I really should try to get to the library more often to use the databases there, yet I do have an Ancestry subscription which makes it very easy to find a lot of information on the internet. I should reevaluate my list of things to do since it is so easy to go off on a tangent with some families. Another thing that I might add to my list is to do gravestone rubbings in the spring after the snow melts.
