ok, so now still 2 times a week (about 7 km every time) but I added 80 sit-ups for every time I finsh running.

I’m currently running 2 times a week. My excuse : it was dark so I couldn’t do it on wednesday evening but just in the week-end. But spring’s coming now !!!!
