be a better girlfriend

Now I’ve made this goal “official” in some way. It’s on my list of New Year’s Resolutions, which is stuck up on the wall of my boyfriend’s bedroom (where we both sleep.) Now even if I don’t succeed at least he’ll know I’m trying… and that must be worth something. :)

My boyfriend and I have been together for just over 2 and a half years and I’ve still got no idea why he’s with me. He’s so much nicer than I am, so much more tolerant and just generally a much nicer person.
As for me… I’m argumentative, impatient, childish, annoying. I could go on forever.
I’m so lucky to have him. I want him to feel lucky to have me as well.
