I’ve realized that I have to pace myself. So, I am steping back and going for 20 instead of 50. Losing 50 pounds is definitely on my list of to-do’s, but I have to take baby steps.

This is something I should be doing for not only my spirit and mind, but for the health of my body. I am already down 10 pounds! Hooray! But, for my health, I still need to lose 50. What’s that? about 10-15 pounds a month. If I cut it short, perhaps 30 pounds by September, that would still be quite rewarding (and healthier) We’ll see how far I can push my body. This is awesome, I got this..
