This going on regularly, I downloaded a few meditation Mp3s. Easier to work with them, but can someone tell me is it as effective?
I got some mucisal tapes and some guided meditations.
I got a few from Hypnotica. I like flute meditations the best.

still going on atleast 10 minutes a day. 10 minutes is easy now… but my porgress in controling thoughts.. is not much

I guess I started this on june 10th, it’s 22. still doing ok.
yesterday I did it for 20 minutes :-) once I reach 30 minutes I will start making it more intense.
Now I just try to keep thoughts out of my head by different means.
by reiterating that it;s my time and all worries can wait for 10 minutes.
by thouwing out the restless ness with each breath, when my mind tells me to stop.
by concentrating on breating and feeling it refresh me.
by imagining a scene
by chanting.
sometimes all this on one sitting, finding it a little more easier to do now than before.

looks like it’s been 6 days in a row I have been meditating, 10 minutes each! cant belive it, if not for the entry 4 days ago, i wouldnt belive Ive gone on for 6 days now :-) Happy !!!!! it’s going ok, i manage to do somehitng like keeping my mindat peace for 10 minutes now :)

Doen this 2 days in a row now!! bout 10 minutes is my limit as of now. one of the problems is I m finding it hard to stick to one particular style of meditation, when i concentrate on breathing I keeep thinking it;s easier to chant somehting or imagine a picture or scene, and then i think I should just concentrate on all the senses.. and .. this is how it goes… Thinking of getting a nice meditation tape or somehting.

Not succeding in this, once in a blue moon I try and start thinking stuff and then forget. :-(
