I can keep things in a genneral area. but its getting down to the details that i always get messed up. Like bills, i can never keep them all in one spot! a friend told me that she used to put all her into a binder, and i said “What a great idea! i don’t know why i never thought of that!” the next day i had an old folder binder sitting on the table, and at that moment i found all my bills and filed them. Cable, Electricity, Bank statements, my BFs things….etc
and a few weeks ago i had to buy a shelf to get all of my stuff out of my new room mates room before she moved in. This really helped. (while listing these things keep in mind i am in school for interior design) i had baskets that i keep certain types of things in such as “stuff to stick” which is like glues, tapes, spray mount. in another i have all my extra materials that i didn’t use on a project, but for some reason have kept. on one shelf i have all my books, which sadly isn’t a lot, i have more school books than personal pleasure books. (which isn’t doing much for my #16, read more books.) on yet another shelf is all my notebooks from my past classes which i used to have to take out and look in to know what they are, but are now each labeled on the spine. I think i am doing well in making progress for this goal. I hope that i can keep up organization.
next place to work on: my bathroom area. while i have places for everything the tricky part is KEEPING them in their places.
