live outside my own head more

I know that if I lived outside my own head more, I would be able to accomplish a lot of my goals. I would be less jealous, because I wouldn’t be so focused on myself. I would declutter, because I would look around my enviornment enough to see that I really, really need to declutter. I think I would be a better person in general, because I would be more friendly and open and less shy, because I wasn’t so focused on my own thoughts and feelings.
