I left this as #13 on my list because, although this is an important goal, it isn’t everything. I used to think that if I changed my weight, it would change my whole life. Now I know that being thin won’t make me happy/rich/popular/problem free.
I want to lose weight to help me feel better and be more healthy. I know I’ll need to change my life in order to change my weight, not the other way around.
