build a train table for Kale

It’s been several weeks since I last logged anything on this list. but for a good reason – I’ve been busy actually DOING several things on this list. You would think I would feel tons of relief at seeing my list shrink, but not so, I feel great getting everything done, but then I just add more to my list!
Ah, well, such is life.
Anyway, I finished Kale’s table weeks ago and we all love it. It is a welcome addition to our family.
I would suggest to anyone that this is a good thing to have for many children’s play activities.
In the above photo, the boys are actually using it to play with a Playmobil set – another great use for this table!

Step 3: It’s primed, and after 5 days it’s finally dry! On to picking the paints..

Step two: sand it! Done!

Table is built as of today, but needs to be sanded, primed, painted.
Next, paperface plywood needs to be purchased to fit into top, and a design painted on it.
Then tracks can go on.
