poor aloe vera 2 years ago

I did plant aloe vera in a small pot, but it’s dying now.. :(
Well, I didn’t really maintain and take care of it, just put it on backyard and hoping it grow by itself. Actually, I almost forgot that I have aloe vera plant.
Maybe I’ll try to grow another plants.. maybe..
