twice a week now 23 months ago

seem to be quite steady at every monday and friday i eat fish. it means i get some nice omega 3 and all those other nice oils that help my body.

i had a nice bit of KG whiting last night – yum yum!!! still need to get more omega 3 etc in my body. i really need to have a fit body to tackle some of my other goals.
