I can’t believe how terrible I’ve been about posting here. I’ve been pretty good about checking most months – I think I’ve only missed two in the past six. But. Does anyone have advice on doing these self-exams when you’re pregnant? For one, it’s really uncomfortable because my breasts are so tender. For another, they’re changing so quickly it’s hard to tell what’s normal and what isn’t! I’m not at particularly high risk, so I’m not too worried about it, but the hormones are making me a little more paranoid than usual. What do you guys think? How have you dealt with this?
