it’s a new year and i feel like i’m still digging myself out of existence. i guess change happens, sometimes, one step at a time, rather than by leaps and bounds. maybe this is a step by step thing.
i’ve been thinking more about eating better—organically; buying more wisely (need vs. want); enjoying time with my baby instead of stressing about all the things i “need” to get done…slowing down, i guess. exercising regularly and incorporating outside activities…cooking really good and nutritious meals…traveling, even if it’s just a day trip. are all these things about living?
