i saw the painted veil—i think it would have been a better book. it’s not really my kind of movie to begin with, but i wanted to check it out anyway. he’s still pretty delicious. i liked the way the styled his hair…but, not sure about the british accent. it seemed to get better than it was in the illusionist.

if i could invite someone to dinner right now, it would be edward norton. (although, i would not know what to cook because i have no idea about his eating habits.)
i would like to know about him, edward the guy, vs. the actor. from what i see and read, i think he’s very globally conscientious and smart in a visionary way. i would like to know what inspires him, what he enjoys…i know i would learn something about the world, if we were to have dinner.
i’m not sure if i would do any “research” about him before the dinner…it seems unfair that while there is material about him, there’s none about me and the conversation might seem like an interview. who wants to be interviewed over dinner? i wouldn’t want it to feel like a date—too much posturing…it would be nice to not have those undercurrents and just have a nice talk.
