I lived in LA for 10 years, and was exposed to Hispanic culture and people a great deal. I studied Spanish in high school and spoke it sometimes while working. Over the years I’ve made friends in Mexico and travelled there quite a bit. I’m fond of the people, culture, history, and language. Circumstances permitting I’d like to live abroad somewhere in Latin America for a time and strengthen my language skills and experience a more immersive experience in Latino culture. Hmm, how to keep my salary and do this? Well, broadband baby.
